In Preview, I selected the settings

  1. Begin on the final considered web page

  2. Open every file in its personal window

Nevertheless, it appears that evidently the settings are usually not revered.

  1. When opening a PDF file, the primary web page is proven.

  2. When opening a PDF file, it’s added as a tab to a PDF file that’s already open.

What is going on right here?
