One other day, one other lawsuit. As famous by Patently Apple, the Japanese firm Digital Will is suing Apple for intentional interference with contract relations and extra.
The article notes that the has filed a 5-count lawsuit in opposition to Apple:

Digital Will says that in March, it obtained a boilerplate message from Apple’s App Retailer Overview stating that Apple decided that Digital Will’s ADP membership “has been used for dishonest or fraudulent exercise,” and thus, Plaintiff’s ADP account was “flagged for elimination.”
The boilerplate message said that Apple discovered that Digital Will’s Apple Developer Program (ADP) account was allegedly “related to terminated developer accounts, or accounts pending termination, in direct violation of the Apple Developer Program License Settlement.”
Patently Apple notes that Apple’s message to Digital Will didn’t establish any such accounts that have been terminated or pending termination with which Digital Will’s account was allegedly related. What’s extra, the message allegedly did not establish any particular details in anyway, or any specific misconduct through which Digital Will engaged that violated the DPLA.
Digital Will says it has sustained damages in an quantity of not lower than USD $765,000 to be decided at trial. The corporate describes itself as “a Software program Resolution Developer, a Digital Advertising Company, a Sport Writer and Product Innovation Lab.” Its LinkedIn account says it has “11-50 workers.”
