The Apple Music figures are “guesstimats” as Apple has traditionally revealed little about what number of subscribers are paying to stream music on its platform. The tech large confirmed in June 2019 that Apple Music had handed the milestone of 60 million international subscribers – however no official figures have been launched since then.The Enterprise of Apps estimates that Apple Music had 88 million international subscribers as of June 2022.
In response to Music Enterprise Worldwide, Amazon Music has 55-plus million international clients (paying subscribers plus triallists), YouTube has 8.5 million, and Pandora has 2.4 million.
